Log 9 Materials is using its core competence in Graphene nanotechnology to develop advanced energy storage technologies from electrode materials, cell to pack level. Our Rapid Charging Battery packs (Read more) solve the challenges in adoption for the 2W and 3W electric vehicle platforms while our Aluminum Fuel Cell technology (Read more) is targeted towards the electrification of long haul, heavier vehicles.


Electrification of vehicles specially for commercial use ranging from 2W, 3W to LCVs to HCVs will not only have a significant positive impact on the environment, but it will lead to huge cost savings as well. However, different vehicle platforms have unique requirements and hence there cannot be a one-type fit all battery technology.

Roles and Responsibilities


Roles and Responsibilities,


  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.

  • Plan, organize, supervise, and run optimum day-to-day operations.

  • Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline workers/employees working in the assembly area.

  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing of all the processes involved in day to day operations related to manufacturing and present them to Management as and when necessary.

  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

  • Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping.

  • Work closely with the inventory manager and team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data and reduce sub-rental expenses

  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations/vendors/distributors/manufacturers/suppliers.

  • Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets.

  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

  • Delegate Tasks to resources to maintain the process flow in a way not to compromise on the efficiency of the process.

  • Collaboration and Liaising with multiple internal departments to manage the overall workflow

 

 

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • BTech. /MTech. /MBA ( ANY)- Tier 1 Educational Institutions preferred

  • >4 years of relevant experience
